The best thing you can do to build your body and get a ripped six pack is eat low fat foods. You should avoid sweets and any kind of food that has sugar in it. I have been following the "If it comes naturally from the earth, its probably safe to eat" saying. In saying this, there are points where fruit, nuts, red meat, fish, eggs, etc. start to get a little old. If you eat outside of the guidelines do it in moderation. Be aware of the calories and fat so you know what you need to do in the gym to work those extra calories off. The hardest part of getting a six pack isn't building the muscle it's losing the existing belly fat and skin. This can also be difficult if you are taking protein shakes. If you are doing this, make sure you are using water to mix the powder, not milk. Make sure it is low fat. These are all good tips to make your six pack ripped. Here is a good tip for today. Before you change your diet, get a pen and notebook. Make sure it's convenient to carry around with you all day. If you have a cell phone that takes notes, this would probably be better. So here's what you do. Anything that goes in your mouth write it down. Write down the following info from each item: Description, Carbs, Total Fat, Calories, Protein. If you do this, at the end of the day you can total everything up and see if you are getting the proper balance of these 4 things. I did a 4/1 protein to carb ratio that extremely cut off some belly fat. The important thing is that you are aware of your intake. You can not make a change if you don't understand what it is you are changing. I suggest ready books on proper nutrition. I have read a few and have drastically changed the way I eat. Besides, I can't tell you how thrilled I am when everyone goes out for fast food and I gag at the thought. You want to lead a healthy life and you want to do it naturally. I hope this information reaches you and best of luck! 22 Days Left til Six Pack Abs 03/08/2010
I've been of the computer and in the gym more lately so my blogs are behind. I have realized that although I am achieving abs it is difficult to remove the fat and lose skin from the midsection. So I have come up with a fat burning muscle toning solution and its this. I work my abs with increasing weight one session. Then the next session I will concentrate on another area of the body but continue to do midsection toning exercises with little or no weight. This seems to help remove the fat and tighten up the skin. Its important to not over do it because my goal isn't weight loss, its muscle building. I don't want a thin waist I want a chiseled core. On another note, my body is responding well to the workouts. I have plenty of energy and in everything I do I am full throttle. I am staying motivated because I see the results in front of my own two eyes. Everyday I see a small transformation and it gets to my head. I walk tall, I have a smile on my face and I make it through each day confidently. Thats how we should feel no matter what! I'm just saying that having this sense of accomplishment helps. Well, until next time, c-ya! 25 Days til Six Pack ABs 03/06/2010

I see the commercials and the magazines and I have always wondered what it would actually take to get my own set of six pack abs.
